About the role:
- Work in a very STRUCTURED, fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures to perform various detailing functions.
- Effectively communicate with management throughout the day about detailing related issues found while detailing - damage, extra services needed, etc.
- Strong problem solving and the desire to go above and beyond to help the company.
- Be able to handle kind, constructive feedback to better your detailing skills.
- Have the desire to learn how to perform specialized services such as paint correction, ceramic coatings, headlight restorations, scratch removal, touch up paint.
- Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate tools, pressure washers, detailing equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Go over vehicle with management and customers to maintain quality control.
- Touch up vehicles to ensure they are up to company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management - FLEXIBILITY IS KEY!

Requirements:
- You have a valid driver's license, a vehicle to get to work and good driving record.
- Pass drug test and background check.
- Show up to work every day on time.
- You must be able to follow our standard operating processes.
- You are comfortable following direction without taking things personal.
- You are comfortable taking on a project and working without supervision.
- You can hold yourself accountable for your detailing quality and performance.
- You must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours a day and be able to frequently lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation.
